The Health & Wellbeing Support Service is open to all women and provides an opportunity to connect with other women and try out different techniques that focus on wellbeing.
We run a wide variety of educational courses around a range of psychological and emotional difficulties.
We aim to support people feel as comfortable and as welcome as possible, so no-one will be asked to do anything that they do not wish.
Each workshop we will tell you what it intends to cover and is part presentation and closed group interaction

Enfield Saheli is a charity set up 28yrs ago – which provides Advocacy, Advice and Support to women who are isolated, vulnerable and going through emotional and mental distress. We work not only with clients but also with other Organisations to raise awareness about the issues faced by women.
What we do – Support, Education, Empowerment and Development
Enfield Saheli is a place that welcomes every woman whether she is in crisis or entering a new phase of her life or wants to develop her dreams. We provide non-judgmental support and accurate information to women and offer a range of services rooted in the realities and dreams of local women. We also support their family to resolve their dilemmas productively, and support their search for better relationships and work opportunities
We aim to provide a friendly, welcoming space to encourage any woman to access our services. To enable people to make informed choices and take control over their lives, we also provide support and accurate up-to-date information and a variety of low-cost accredited courses and workshops.
Emergency Support is provided to vulnerable Women fleeing Domestic Abuse
Basic training courses to develop personal skills, ESOL and IT.
A variety of activities and workshops offer a broad range of subjects including arts & crafts, jewellery making, life coaching, assertiveness and anger management.
We have courses directed at helping women improve their self-esteem and confidence and Domestic Abuse Awareness.
Enfield Saheli supports women with domestic abuse issues using both one to one and group support sessions & counselling. We refer men onto specialist organisations who are trained to meet their needs – family, housing, welfare benefits, languages, employment & general support.
Luncheon Club on Fridays
Exercise classes, Art Therapy, Walking Club, Sewing, Arts and Craft Classes, Spiritual Healing & Meditation Awareness / Educational Workshops, topics which assist women during their recovery, i.e. literacy skills, social skills, assertiveness, healthy lunch, etc.
