Wellbeing Support Service

Enfield Saheli aim to address the mental health and wellbeing needs of women in the local area.

The wellbeing support service is open to all women and provides an opportunity to connect with other women and try out different psychoeducation techniques that focus on wellbeing.

We run a wide variety of psycho-educational courses around a range of psychological and emotional difficulties.  We aim to support people feel as comfortable and as welcome as possible, so no-one will be asked to do anything that they do not wish to.
